Andy Montelli began his career in real estate development with the Trammell Crow Company in 1986, after graduating from MIT with a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development. At Crow, Andy developed apartment and condominium projects in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Four years at Crow, followed by four years at a real estate investment firm in New York City, led him to Fairfield Residential. At Fairfield, Andy spent 16 years developing over 25 projects in markets such as greater Chicago; Columbus, Ohio; the Greater Washington DC market, and in Massachusetts and Connecticut. He began Post Road Residential in 2011 with a goal of building the finest communities in each market.
Ken Friedrichsen has worked in the New England construction market for 25 years completing projects in the multifamily, healthcare, education, retail and industrial markets. Past employers include Frank Mercede & Sons, Inc., AvalonBay Communities, Trammell Crow Residential and Mill Creek Residential, where he was responsible for over 1,700 multi-family units. Having primarily worked in New England he brings unique experience in this regulatory challenged area benefiting the Construction and Entitlement process. Ken is also a native of Connecticut. Ken is a partner at Post Road Residential.
Ron Garner has more than 30 years of broad experience in the construction industry. As an accomplished construction project manager, Ron’s depth of knowledge and experience in construction development, regulatory compliance, ADA requirements, LEED projects and construction trades is unmatched. Previous employers include Fairfield Residential, Baker Residential, Pinnacle Communities and LHB Development.
John R. Mcfadyen is a Partner who joined in 2012. He is actively involved with the Post Road Residential team in all aspects of the development process. Prior to working at Post Road John worked as a private equity analyst at the Huff Companies in Morristown, NJ. He graduated from Duke University in 2008 and Duke Graduate School in 2010. He received his B.A. in history and economics and his M.A. in economics. At Duke he was a two-sport scholarship athlete and in lacrosse he was named to the USILA Scholar All-America Team and the ACC All-Academic Team. John resides in Fairfield with his wife Jackie and their three kids. Together they own and operate a portfolio of Class-B rental properties as well as co-founded and sold a pet boarding a daycare facility in 2022.
Prior to Joining Post Road Residential in 2016, Tom worked at Barclays Investment Bank in New York City on the US Interest Rate trading desk within the banks’ Capital Markets Division. Tom received his master’s degree in Real Estate from Harvard University and graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts. Tom was a member of the Duke Men’s Lacrosse team and was named to the 2011 All-America and Scholar All-America teams. Tom is a partner at Post Road Residential.
Katie Clark joined the team at Post Road Residential in 2023. She holds a BA from The George Washington University and MS from Emerson College in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Prior to her venture into real estate, Katie worked as a speech-language pathologist specializing in neuro-rehabilitation. This diverse background equipped her with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, promoting a unique perspective in community building and design. At Post Road, Katie manages various aspects of multi-family development from land acquisition through lease-up. With an eye to detail and eagerness to learn, she collaborates with industry leaders to create vibrant spaces that transform neighborhoods. Katie lives in Hingham, MA with her husband and two kids.
Tim Currier combines over two decades of construction expertise, stemming from his early days in a family-run remodeling business to a key role at Bozzuto Management overseeing an expansive multi-family portfolio across three states as a Regional Manager with a focus on fire and life safety, ADA compliance, and large renovations. Now at Post Road Residential, he continues to apply his depth of knowledge in regulatory compliance and construction development, marked by a strong commitment to quality and teamwork. Residing north of Boston, Tim balances his professional achievements with a fulfilling family life with his wife Chelsey and son Cashman.
